Aha... Well, we are not going to jail for you. As long as you behave as a law abiding citizen, there is nothing to worry about. If on the other hand, we receive a legal (Dutch) court order because you did naughty things, there is not much we can do about that. Unless you hit the kill switch in your account, you soon will swing.

Yes, we honor the privacy of all our website visitors and members. We strongly believe in privacy and when required, anonymity. We don't believe in big brother-like societies and we're getting a bit nervous as we see 1984 becoming reality day by day. But please don't screw with us. Do not send illicit things, be friendly to our staff and stay away from child porn or terrorism. Help us to maintain a legal business and don't use it for short time thinking or making a quick buck over our back. Doing so will make you loose your privacy and we will comply with the law!

Apart from the information I submit, what other information do you collect?
We do take logs of IP addresses. This is done in order to get geographical information about our customers and to target our services to those who are apparently in biggest need of some privacy. We do not generate identities with it or associate known personal data to any IP address. This guaranties your privacy.

Do you use cookies?
Yes. We set a cookie when you accept the terms of service. This cookie dies one year from the date that you accept our terms of service. It is required in order to use the service we provide. If you kill the cookie, you'll have to accept a new one, or you will have to answer the same boring questions each time. It is basically done for your convenience. We do not use it for anything else!
