Change of service address

Holland Office reserves the right to change the service address at all time. If time permits, this is done with ample prior notice. There are however, circumstances where there is a need for immediate closure of an address. One of the reasons is that the address is compromised due to illegal use by one of our customers. Because we do not check the contents of the mail we receive, we are unable to take responsibility for it, and can result in closure of an address. Therefore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted use of the same address during the time of your subscription. We do guarantee you the use of an address at all time. This can be a post office box for a limited time or a temporarily street address. If you need a permanent address without risk of interruption, do not sign up with Holland Office.com

Chargebacks

By signing up to Holland Office you agree not to imitate a chargeback to your credit card company. You received plenty of information to make a sound decision before signing up with us. Creating a chargeback against us really pisses us off and will result in immediate cancellation of your account, while we still fight your chargeback. Any additional charges (i.e. chargeback fee) incurred by Holland Office will be subject to collection proceedings for the full amount. Just dont do it!

Fraud

When you send illegal payments to Holland Office that is causing us to lose revenue, or when you wilfully break our terms of service, or when you try to break into our system, we consider this as fraud and any fraud detected against us will result in a breech of our TOS. Please keep in mind that if fraud is detected you will no longer be protected by our Privacy Policy either.

Denial Of Service

You agree on and promise not to send items that are covered in the prohibited items list to or thru the company. Disregarding this rule can result in account closure and denial of any further service from us. If in doubt, ask us first.
