Doing business offshore & Asset protection
No. Most definitely not!
Our very existence is based on the fact that we don't like the intrusion of our privacy that is supposed to be the standard these days. We provide maximum privacy and we will not disclose any information regarding our clients without written consent, except by valid (dutch) court order. Even then we will contact you first!

Hear no evil...
At Holland Office we offer a no-nonsense straightforward approach to our charges.
Apart from the subscription, you simply pay twice the price of the stamps we put on the letter or parcel. This is for the handling and shipping of your mail. If, for instance, the shipping of a letter to your address costs us 72 cents, we automatically charge your pre-paid account for € 1.42. For Courier services we charge you the invoice plus 50%.
It’s that easy! No hidden charges, no admin fees. Guaranteed!
Besides the subscription fee, you pay in advance a minimum deposit of € 50.00 for mailing costs. The costs for forwarding of your mail and phone costs (if applicable) will automatically be deducted from this deposit.
When your balance reaches € 10.00 you'll receive a message to remind you to top it up a.s.a.p. You have the ability to check your balance any time in your private Control Panel.
No. We really don't see how it could be.
A friend of yours is going on a long vacation and he asks you to send him his mail on the many different holiday addresses he's about to visit. This way he only has to inform you about his present address (and not the other 137 friends and colleagues). Is it illegal if you do? No, of course not. It's 100% legal!
Or what about that U.S. based company that wants a local "returned Goods" address In Holland? (In order to enhance the services of this company). Is there any law that prohibits this action, you think? Surely not!
If you use it for fraudulent activity, then that use would be illegal, not our services.
Well… there is E-mail (Electronic mail) and there is P-mail (Postal mail), a.k.a. snail mail.
It consists basically of everything the mailman drops on your door mat. Letters, parcels, packages, boxes, envelopes, you name it. We prefer to call it P-mail.
Mail forwarding services are also known as mail-drops, or sometimes “offshore postal addresses.”
A mail forwarding service, like we provide, allows you to use the forwarding service's address (the address given to you by us) to receive P-mail and then have it forwarded to the address where you actually wish to receive this mail. This can be anywhere you like; a different city, a different country, or even another continent.
Mail is posted to the forwarding service's address, kept there for any length of time that is instructed (usually one week, but can extend to the duration of your subscription if you so desire) and is then placed unopened into another envelope and mailed to its final destination.
At Holland Office you can change this (your) address four times a year, free of charge.
This is the very hearth of our system. A technically sophisticated and very secure HTTPS system, only accessible by you.
Dynamic Address Forwarding, or plain and simple: re-mailing.
This is a service where you want us to send your postal mail to one of your many contacts, hence the term dynamic. This way, your outgoing
It works like this:
You put the closed letter – addressed, but without stamps – in a second “covering” envelope. On the back of the covering envelope, you write your account name and send it to your forwarding service’s address (the address we gave you when you bought your subscription).
Remember that we never, ever, not even on request, open D.A.F. letters or parcels! In case the intended P-mail is not in a cover envelope, we will close it and send it back to the sender or dispose of it at our own discretion.
D.A.F. mail will always be re-mailed the same day it arrives at your service address, unless instructed otherwise.
To keep the addresses we use confidential, we do not publish them on our website.
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive the actual service address. We kindly ask you not to publish this service address, but only give it to those whom it may concern. Feel free to use it on your stationary, but for your own sake, just don’t mention it’s a mail-drop address.
One? There are so many legitimate reasons why you might want to have a second home or business address!
Aside from the fact that it looks great to say you have a second home or office in The Netherlands, we can give you a few very valid reasons! Remember, there is always one reason, specially made for you.
There are so many reasons why you want a personal or business service address. We are sure you can come up with another dozen reasons. Most of them are legal and you have nothing to worry about. But perhaps you are into some kind of business you’d rather keep to your self. Please do so, but keep in mind that we don't advocate any kind of illegal activities. It’s your life and your right to live the life you want to! There is only one thing we ask from you; simply respect others!
Our Dutch office is located in The Hague. For a short time, due to relocation of our company, we are currently only offering one street address and a P.O. box in The Hague and a P.O. Box in Rotterdam. Please contact us for details.
Nope, we never open your mail unless you specifically request us to do so. If you want us to scan the contents and send it by secured E-mail, you can put in a request for that service. If we are not sure about the contents of the envelope, we’ll not open it, even if you request us to do so.
Under no circumstances will we open mail that is meant for remailing! The risks of getting involved in some questionable activity is simply too high. No thanks! Remember that we respect your privacy, but all mail may be subject to customs' scrutiny.
To keep the postage fees on an acceptable level, we can ship it once a week. The standard for our mail-drop subscriptions however, is shipping the day your mail arrives. We can also hold it for you as long as you want. We will follow your instructions on this. Depending on the size and duration, some storage charges may apply.
Multiple items will be placed in a single big envelope or box to further reduce costs.
Sure!
There is a small charge for storing your P-mail though. If you want us to keep it stored for more than two weeks we will charge your account for it. Don’t worry; it isn’t much, unless you want us to store it in a safe.
Contact us for a quote. Tell us how long you want us to keep your mail and read all about remailing at a set date (below).
Yes. Simply attach a note to the letter you want us to send later. Write the date on it you want us to send it.
Be careful writing your dates, since depending on which site you are at on the Atlantic, dates take on different meanings. For example, 10-12-2006 in Europe is something different from 10-12-2006 in the U.S. So be very precise about this date and use written months instead of just numbers (e.g. March 12 and not 3-12 or 12-3). Drop us a line for a storage quote if it it will be longer than a few weeks.
We automatically accept registered mail (mail that has to be signed for). If you don’t want us to, instruct us by sending a short message, stating: “Do not accept any signed mail”.
We do not accept mail that has to be paid for upon delivery without prior notice. Custom regulated mail like parcels will be accepted as long as there is no fee that has to be paid. We are neither the importer, nor the owner of the mail you receive.
Yes we can.
This happens for instance when we scan your mail and send it to you by secure E-mail and you want the original destroyed.
Perhaps you don’t want to receive mail from someone you don’t like, such as your ex-wife, mother in law, IRS, etc. You can see who it is from in your control panel before we send it, so you can screen your own mail! Contact us for a quote.
Just sign up. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail that you must respond to in order to validate your request. Fill in some details and pay. The moment we receive your payment, we’ll activate your account and you are ready to receive and send P-mail.
If you paid by personal or business cheque, we will hold on to any mail until your cheque has cleared. Keep in mind that this can take a few weeks.
As many as you like!
Using different aliases within the same account is the cheapest way (€ 5,00 per month for a combination of two names), but a second or third subscription is no problem, if that's what you'd rather have.
Yes. And a big one too! Please contact us, if you opt for more than one account.
Nope! You can end your subscription anytime you like, but we do not refund money you paid for your subscription or that is still in your account.
If you’re not satisfied with our service or we have let you down in some way, we will do all we can to make you happy again. This may include some form of free services.
To cover the costs of sending you your mail.
The minimum initial deposit required by us is € 50.- We expect you to maintain your balance over time. When your balance hits € 10.00 or below, you automatically receive a message to remind you to redeposit a.s.a.p. (This in order to prevent delay in sending you your mail.) You can check your balance in your Private Control Panel.
We can not send any mail to you when your balance is zero or negative unless agreed upon beforehand.
Not really, but the quickest, cheapest and most reliable method of payment is e-gold, e-bullion or e-dinar. It’s an anonymous way of paying bills and, unlike credit cards, there is no trace back to you.
But of course we also accept other form of payments. Here’s a list of payment methods we accept:
No sir… No can do. By doing so, we would violate our own privacy policy.
Sure, we can show a number of letters, but they are all without names or addresses! These letters contain stories of how good our service is and how happy the individuals became after teaming up with us. Even stories about people who became rich and wealthy and have BIG yachts in the Caribbean and sip champagne all day with beautiful woman. Or the letters from BIG international companyies, explaining their gratitude for the service we provide.
You see, anyone can make up testimonials, so they really mean nothing. Just believe us.
We're good at what we’re doing!
It is highly unlikely that mail sent by us will ever go missing. If an item disappears we will investigate it right away. But just like the ordinary postal service, in the end, we cannot be held responsible for loss of mail! It is your task to ensure that your mail is properly labelled with a correct address, has enough stamps on it to reach us, and is insured against loss.
P-mail that is forwarded by us will always conform to the international postal requirements. In case it is not deliverable, it has the service address on it for a safe return. If it is sent by a courier, we’ll supply you with the Track and Trace number, so you can follow its journey yourself.
When you become our respected client, we can send you a set off address stickers in the correct format for free. You can also click on the vCard button to get the correct address and format. This vCard can be send to friends and business partners, so they know where to send their mail to next time!
Postal services around the world generally prohibit the following items:
We do not open your mail, (see Privacy) but perhaps the custom authorities will.
If they find something that is listed, they confiscate it, come to us and they will start asking the type of questions we don’t like to answer. We will therefore be forced to cancel your account immediately.
A.K.A. Will you ever hand over my personal information to anybody? Okay, let us explain our privacy policy a bit.
We fully understand that visitors to our website have legitimate concerns about what we do with information that you supply to us (or that we get from you simply browsing our site).
Keep in mind, though, that our very existence is based on the fact that we, just like you, don’t like the constant intrusions by Governments and companies that is supposed to be the standard these days. We actively help you to preserve your privacy in these times where Big Brother looks like a sissy.
We provide maximum technical security, and our own privacy regulation prohibits us from disclosing any information regarding our clients, except when forced by a valid (Dutch) court order. Even then, we will contact you first. (Check out our neat feature named: The Kill switch).
There are a few exceptions to this rule, however. Please read them carefully before signing up with us. One of them is when you try to rip us off, when you're into child pornography or doing that terrorism shit. In these cases we'll hand over all the information that is required to get you nailed. There is one other thing. We firmly believe in respecting other people. If your communication with us is in any way aggressive, or you keep asking things we cannot (legally) perform, we kindly ask you to leave the premises and never come back again.
Please do not make the mistake that everything you want, can be done in Holland.
Other than that, WE WILL NOT SHARE, RELEASE OR SELL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM YOU WITH ANY OTHER PERSON, ORGANIZATION OR GOVERNMENT BODY
As stated before, we will never open your P-mail, unless otherwise instructed by you. This simply means that we don't know what you’re shipping and you can therefore, theoretically, send anything through our network.
It works just like a regular postal or courier service, they don’t care. To tell you the truth, nobody really wants to know what’s inside your envelopes. It’s all up to you!
Keep in mind however, that Big Brother (i.e. customs and the like) can open your mail at their own discretion. For that reason, we inform you about some of the regulations pertaining to prohibited or restricted goods.
All items, regardless of packaging, listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations are not to be sent by post, courier or through our network. We will hold you accountable for this. Failure to comply with this rule will result in termination of our services to you.
The goods and substances listed below are all prohibited items, in any shape or form. There are also many other less common prohibited items. If you are unsure, remember that it remains your responsibility to ensure your item is safe to send. Acceptance of your item by us does not free you of this responsibility.
Ignorantia juris non excusat!
Prohibited Items. While prohibited items may appear harmless, under certain circumstances they can easily become dangerous. Air pressure and temperature changes, for example, could cause a prohibited item to leak, ignite or explode. Items with an IATA Dangerous Goods classification include:
Other Prohibited Items. These items, while not necessarily dangerous, are prohibited:
Send With Care. These items and substances may be sent only if packaged correctly.
The Dutch Government prohibits the export of various types of items. You need to ensure that your item is not prohibited from export and that you meet any export restrictions on the items you are planning to send. For further information contact the appropriate government authority.
Upon request, we can set up a connection where all your internet activities are shielded from the outside world. No one can track you down, your I.P. address is unknown, and you are basically invisible! Contact us for more information. This is an outside service provided by one of our trusted partners.
Yes you can, but use this free service wisely please.
The e-mail you send will go through our secure servers (HTTPS) and has no signature from you whatsoever. (Don’t put your social security number in it though). That means that your messages can be traced back to our servers and it stops there.

But when the G-men knock on our door (because something naughty you said about the White House's present occupants) and they start with what they are good in, we might break into pieces and blabber the whole day long about you!
Your e-mail account is good for limited data transfer and can be closed down at our discretion. This will occur, for example. when we are notified that you're misusing this free service for some questionable activity.
Do you want a secure way to communicate with others, without big bro listening in on your conversations? Read all about it in: A confidential internal e-mail system.
You can use our internal system to send and receive messages to and from other members (account holders). Messages from another to you, can therefore only originate from other members. For this, they have to know your account name.
This is a truly secure way to communicate, without using the regular (open) e-mail channels. All messages are routed through our secure HTTPS system and stay there. This way nobody can listen in to it.
So far it is for communication only and not for attachments. This service will later be implemented on request. Of course, your party has to have an account with us as well for a full “duplex” connection. Later on, this service will be expanded with a live chat mode.
This is a complementary service. Use it at your own discretion and feel safe and free again without someone reading over your shoulders when mailing your business partners!
By signing up to Holland Office you agree not to a charge-back to your credit card company.
You received plenty of information to make a sound decision before signing up with us.
Creating a charge-back against us really pisses us off and will result in immediate cancellation of your account, while we still fight your charge-back.
Any additional charges (i.e. charge-back fee) incurred by Holland Office will be subject to collection proceedings for the full amount. You will no longer be protected by our Privacy regs either!
Just don't do it!

Moreover, it is an easy thing to do too! From your Depot, you pay € 5.00 per month for every alias (one name or a combination of two names like company name and your name).
